When you apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year, your information goes through a verification process. Our office may request additional documentation from you in order to verify the information from your FAFSA.
You can also log in to the Document Management Program at any time to see if you have any missing documents and submit them electronically. However, there are some documents we are not able to accept through the DMP, email, or fax. Read below for more information on how you should submit certain documents.
|Perkins Master Promissory Note||In person or mail. This cannot be accepted without a “wet” signature.|
|Perkins Entrance Counseling||In person or mail. This cannot be accepted without a “wet” signature.|
|Documents containing your Social Security number||Fax, mail, or in person. To protect your information, do not send documents electronically that contain your Social Security number.|
It’s important to submit all documentation as soon as possible. Your financial aid will not be awarded and/or disbursed until all required documentation has been received and reviewed by our office.
