The Student Assistant will be responsible for planning and running various programs for youth nights, along with the program coordinator. These include but are not limited to speakers, activities, trips and programs supporting our mission statement.

The Chad School Foundation

The federal work study student will work to provide support to The Chad School Foundation office and staff. He/she will help organize, set up, and participate in Chad Events as well as publicize events and educational topics on social media and complete general office work.

Duties and Responsibilities - Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Routine office duties such as reception, photocopying, computer work, and running errands.
  2. Meeting and special event conception, planning, coordination, and support.

CWFI is seeking highly motivated and mature individuals with above average PC and Software skills.  Individuals should possess strong quantitative skills, accounting or tax preparation experience. Tax Associates will be engaged in various roles including tax preparation and operations/administrative support. Must be available to work daytime shifts, two to three days a week (Monday-Saturday) during tax season Jan. 15th – April 15th.  Minimum weekly requirement is 10-15 hours.

Will welcome new students and families, provide orientation of facility and programs, check ID’s and do office work. Must have ability to type and do basic data entry. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications is preferred.

Assure that daily paperwork is completed. Communicate with parents. Perform other job duties as requested. Ability to speak Spanish is helpful. The Courthouse is located very close to a Rutgers bus stop.

Communicate with parents on progress and needs of child. Maintain cleanliness in areas used by students. Manage risk with good safety practices and control.

Fitness Attendant:  $12.90/hr
Monitor fitness center and free weight room. Assist clients with equipment and demonstrate proper technique on all strength training and cardiovascular machines. Promote YMCA through personal example and member interaction. Maintain a clean, safe and neat working environment. Attend staff meetings and YMCA trainings. Give facility tours.
